CREATING CULINARY MAGIC

IN THE KITCHEN!

Carolyn’s Cuisine owner and chef, Carolyn Abrams, makes sauces from scratch and uses fresh herbs. “Creating culinary magic in the kitchen” has been a part of her life even before she prepared an anniversary dinner for her parents at age 10. Her repertoire spans cuisine from around the globe and she will always research special requests. However, she does not prepare dishes containing pork or shellfish.

Personal Chef

Carolyn’s Cuisine is a solution for busy families who have very full weeknight schedules and limited time or desire to cook. The kids have after school activities, and the parents get home late from their own activities or from work. Many times, picking up a meal on the way home from an upscale grocery store, or sometimes even from a fast food restaurant is a default. Carolyn’s Cuisine will solve that challenge.  A home cooked, fresh meal (not mass-produced, or one of 6 dozen “fresh” rotisserie chickens) will be delivered to your door. Your meal will consist of a choice of soup or salad, an entrée and two sides.  Dessert will be available upon request.

Special diets (low carb, gluten free, diabetic, paleo, etc.) can be easily accommodated.

Carolyn emails a list of menu selections to her personal chef clients the prior week in order to personalize each meal.

Private Catering 

With innovative designs and wide array of available styles from around the world, Carolyn’s Cuisine can help you plan organization and company functions as well as open houses and grazing parties for up to 100 people while providing you a delicious and memorable experience. We are able to serve plated seated dinners for up to 50 guests. Wait and bar service are added options.

Often asked, “What is your specialty?” Carolyn utilizes her decades of preparation and presentation experience. She can offer suggestions for clients according to their tastes, researching and testing variations of the dishes she provides for the occasion.
